Calculator results and content
All content on the Site, including calculators, articles, guides, and other materials, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Calculator results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard financial formulas. They are not predictions, guarantees, or specific recommendations.
The Site does not account for every variable that affects real-world financial outcomes. Factors not modeled include but are not limited to: lender-specific underwriting criteria, employer-specific benefit rules, state and local tax variations, individual credit history, fees and charges that vary by provider, market volatility, and personal financial circumstances. For decisions that matter, consult appropriate licensed professionals.
Intellectual property
All content on WalletCalcs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, calculator code, guide articles, design elements, and the "WalletCalcs" name and mark — is owned by Dylan Smith or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. For permission requests, contact us through the contact page.
User submissions
By submitting information through the contact form, newsletter signup, or any other Site mechanism, you grant WalletCalcs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that any information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including but not limited to financial institutions, calculator references, news articles, and informational sources. These links are provided for convenience only.
WalletCalcs does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or business practices of third-party sites. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and the third party, and you should review their terms and privacy practices before using their services.
Some links may be affiliate links, meaning WalletCalcs may earn a commission when you click them and complete a qualifying action. This does not affect our editorial recommendations. See our Affiliate Disclosure for more.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Site. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive any termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
